Shipping Policy

DISPATCH TIME

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS: We dispatch within 48 working hours of order placement.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: It may take up to 72 working hours because of double quality checks and if the courier company requires extra destination-specific documentation. 

DELIVERY TIME

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS: It takes 3-5 business days to deliver after dispatch in a usual scenario. However, in North-East states and Jammu and Kashmir, it may take up to 10 working days. The customer will receive an email update once the courier is shipped. We ship via Blue Dart and Speed Post

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship via FedEx International Priority, USPS or UPS courier service and take seven to ten days to deliver after dispatch. However, the delivery period might get extended if the customs at the destination country hold the shipment for any reason. In such a case, the courier company will directly contact the customer for further steps. 

Due to the present scenario of COVID, courier companies are experiencing frequent changes in flight schedules. Hence, we suggest customers consider that there might be a delay in shipment due to factors beyond our control.
