The customer is required to sign the goods at the time of delivery. If the delivery has been made in your absence and you are unable to sign for it, you are requested to suggest an alternative ( family member, colleagues, neighbors etc.). We will not be responsible for goods that are signed by alternative contacts, neither will we be held liable for any damage or shortages after the delivery has been made. Any discord with the order has to be reported to the customer care within 24 hours of the delivery.
If you have reason to believe that the products have been tampered with, refuse the delivery and contact our customer service immediately or mail us at email@example.com. Please mention your order invoice number in the subject line of all correspondence. We will try our best to solve your issues and fulfill a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
We have partnered with reputed courier services to get your purchases to your doorstep. Your orders are shipped directly from our Jaipur warehouse via India speed-post.
We ship both domestic and international via registered courier partners. Domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not countable as working days when opting standard delivery.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We deliver everywhere in India, however it might be subject to confirmation from our delivery partners.
Any purchase over INR 999 is eligible for free shipping. Orders below that amount will require INR 99 to be levied as shipping charges.
Cash on delivery is only available on orders above INR 999, depending on the serviceability from our courier partners.
It may take us an approximate amount of 3 - 5 working days to fulfill your order. The delivery may take longer depending on

d. Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, our customer support proactively will be in touch with you. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
In these rare cases, our customer support will help guide you through. We may not be able to reimburse you for any mental discord that has been caused by the delay, but we will allow you to cancel your order at any given time if the product fails to reach you at the expected time. If the order is paid for, the amount will be refunded to your source account
The printroots provide international shipping services. The time required to fulfill your order is calculated at the checkout based on your purchase and the location of your county. The local taxes and duties will be charged additionally by your shipping carrier based on your geographical exposition.

You will be able to track your orders by clicking on the track orders option on our website. Input your ID and order details to trace your order. You may also email us at email@example.com. Mention your order number in the subject line or call us at 91-7878854076.
P.S once your order has been shipped we will provide you with the tracking number and additional information about the shipping agency.
Changing of shipping address after the purchase has been made
If the shipping address calls for a modification after the order has already been placed, you will need to contact our customer care services at 91-7878854076. If your item is yet to be dispatched we will be more than willing and able to change your shipping address.
How to ship individual items to different locations.
If the customer prefers to ship various items to separate locations, the orders will need to be placed individually for the said items.

Parcel Damaged During Transit
If the customer is delivered a package that was damaged during transit, we advise to reject the package and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please refer to our provided contact details.
An investigation will be conducted on the claim and the refund will be processed as soon as it is verified.
Parcel Lost during Transit
If a parcel is disoriented during transit, an investigation will be conducted on the matter and the customer will be reimbursed the full amount as soon as the parcel is deemed lost.
Cash on Delivery
The customer is allowed to opt for cash on delivery, which is available across India and above INR 899, as per serviceability of our courier partners.
The customer will be forfeited if they fail to provide the correct postal/zip code and it does not alright with their shipping address. It is an unequivocal requirement for the customer to bear the cost of any charges caused by the wrong input of the aforementioned address. To avoid any and all discord please make sure that the shipping address and the postal codes are correct.
