Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your handmade clothing purchase. Please note that slight variations in color compared to the product image may occur due to differences in digital screens. Any irregularities in the product are a result of our handmade process, which inherently includes human imperfections.
We offer size exchanges for all non-discounted items on our website. If the item you ordered does not fit, please ship it back to and email your size requirements to theprintroots@gmail.com.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds if the style does not suit you.
- Exchanges are only available for size issues.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you prefer to exchange a product, you must select a replacement item of equal value. If the value of the new product is higher than the original, you will have to pay the difference. And customer needs to pay the shipping fee.
Items are eligible for return or exchange if:
- They are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- They are returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that
shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs RS. 300/-
unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us
immediately at support@handmadeclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the
damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Custom and Personalized Orders: Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and nonexchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

- No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
CANCELLING ORDER
Domestic orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch by sending us an email at theprintroots@gmail.com or calling us at our customer service number (+91-7878854076).
However, if the order is already shipped, we can not cancel the order.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For international order, cancellation is only possible before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it is impossible to cancel the order. The customer will have to accept the parcel at the destination country as we do not have any provision to return the order.
REFUND OF A CANCELLED ORDER
FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:
For COD Orders: Tere is no case of refund for cancelled COD orders for domestic orders since the customer made no payment.
For Prepaid Orders: If a customer has placed a prepaid order and cancelled before shipping the order then
we refund 100% of the amount to the same account/card via NEFT used to make the payment within 7 to 10 working days of cancellation.
If a customer has placed a prepaid order and canceled after shipping the order then we will refund the balance amount of the order after deducting a token reverse shipping fee of ₹ 300/- to the customer to the same account/card via NEFT used to make the payment within 7 to 10 working days of cancellation.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If a customer cancels the order before shipping then we will refund the balance amount of the order after deducting the approximate currency conversion fees charged to us to process the payment and refund to
the same account/card via NEFT used to make the payment within 7 to 10 working days of cancellation.
If a customer cancels the order after shipping, there is no case of refund once the international order is shipped.
