Cancellation Policy

The customer is allowed to cancel the order as long as the parcel has not been shipped out of our warehouse. You will be notified if your purchases have already been shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. This is applicable across all our products including the one on sale. If the purchase is prepaid, the total amount will be refunded back to your source account.

You are allowed to modify the shipping address if the order is yet to be packed. You can do so by calling us at our customer service number (+91-7878854076).

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by calling us at our customer care number.

If you opted for cash on delivery at the time of the purchase, there will be no refund involved in case of cancellation, hence the payment has not been made yet. However, if you have paid via cards, net banking or e-wallets, your money will be refunded back to your source account within 7-10 working days.
